The HBE PTO exists to support the families, staff, and students of Highland Bluff Elementary.  We are composed of volunteers and we would love to have you join this dedicated group! Your INVOLVEMENT is KEY to the success of the PTO's programs - and and is a fun way to show our students how much we care!
